Paintings

I took my first painting class in the fall of 2024. These paintings are from my first two painting classes and while there was definitely a learning curve, I can confidently say it was well worth the late nights practicing. Learning a new medium always reminds me to go back to basics and break things down. Shape, gesture, composition, understanding fundamentals I’ve learned makes new mediums far less intimidating.
